One of the very first things I’ve turned my hand to (oh stop me) is using the Redgum blanks from my dad’s farm to experiment with turning bowls. This is my first attempt, and the wood had quite a few voids and cracks which diligently filled with sawdust and CA glue as I went along.
I like the shape, and my home made shine juice came up nicely, but the edges are a bit rough.
